Terms of use
PeakFuel is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The terms below add to it.
PeakFuel Pro
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed to your Apple Account.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown at purchase until cancelled.
- Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
- Prices may change for new periods; you will be notified by Apple and may cancel before the change applies.
Not medical advice
PeakFuel provides educational nutrition guidance derived from published sports-science consensus statements. It is not a substitute for advice from a physician or registered dietitian. Do not use the app to treat a medical condition. Stop and seek professional help if you notice signs of disordered eating, persistent fatigue, or loss of menstrual function.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for reviewing targets with a professional where appropriate, and for keeping backups you export. PeakFuel's estimates carry the uncertainty of any prediction model; treat them as a starting point that the app refines from your data.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, PeakFuel is provided as is, and the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
